    Beanie, I am seriously thinking about looking into getting a handyman in to do it, it'll be less hassle and stress.


    I am thinking of asking to be referred for NLP - have been recommended to try it in the past but never pursued it. Family probs lately have made me realise I need to get some help :-(

    NLP is neuro linguistic programming - not sure what it is even though I had it myself for 'family issues' some years ago...or was that cognitive behaviour....mmmm

    Ok thanks! It's cbt I've been referred for, although I've heard that without addressing the root issues it's only effective in the short term. I'll just have to wait and see how it all goes.
