this website seems very very cheap, but I am worried as there doesnt seem to be any photos of their own chair covers, they are all copied.

I know I was just thinking the same thing. I have e-mailed them a few times and they said they can do my date and everything but there is no facility to pay by credit card.

My other half reckons it seems suspicious that they are able to offer this service for much much less than other companies and told me to be careful they weren't dodgy or on the brink of going bust. (but perhaps he's just worried about things seeming too good to be true)

I'd like to think we have all just found a brill bargain but I feel like I need some reassurance - especially if like you said their pictures aren't even their own.

Has anyone used this company and can tell us about what they are like?

I've had a look on some other forums and haven't seen anything saying don't use them.

I imagine the reason they are able to do it so cheaply is because everyone else is vastly over charging when it comes to the hire of covers.

In respect of not being able to take credit card payments, I can understand why they don't do this, if they did, they would have to have a merchant terminal and pay a hefty proportion of the payments made via it in charges etc, maybe thats one of the reasons they can do it cheaply, because they are keeping their costs down in respect of taking payments.

I had a conversation with my other half in respect of what would happen if for any reason it all turned out to be dodgy and we have decided that as its not costing us a lot (under £100) if we end up losing out, we end up losing out and thats that. Sometimes you have to speculate to accumulate I guess, the savings are massive afterall.

Oh, and they said they are posting my receipt this week so I will let you know when it arrives!

EDIT - You can also pay by Paypal, which you can fund with your credit card, so if you are worried, then just do it that way!

I am the same cookiedough, these are very testing times and I am fretting about a lot of things, but I didn't get bad vibes from the company, and I am hoping that I am proved right!

Deleted as I clicked on Elegance chair link rather than the cheap one! I panicked a bit as it said £2.75 per chair!

They have sent me the account details to pay the money in but I wondered if I could just do it over paypal?

I've e-mailed them but yet to get a response!
