Believe me having them all out is just the START of dental problems.

A veneer is a good solution because it means very little damage to the tooth, you shave approx a millimetre of enamel from the front surface, take an impression and the correct shade which is all sent to the lab, hey presto two weeks later they bond a very thin porcelain veneer to the front surface of the tooth!

When I was pregnant with DS, I routinely showed high glucose and made frequent trips back and forth to the WANDA unit-I never actually ended up with GD, but probably very close. Remember DS was born over 10lbs but tbh, he wasn't that hard to push out! Honest! (no jokes here about wizards sleeves/donkey's yawns etc please) and he was dreadfully healthy! lol

Maz, I have to say since going on to the CD diet my whole day has changed...I used to get up at stupid o clock and do my day backwards, housework in the morning work, come home, make tea, slob for an hour and then bed at nine....

Now, I get up still at stupid o clock to some but 6.30 is a lie in to me. Then I still do a couple of bits but don't feel like I am chasing my tale and stressing like I was, go to work do work, then home and then I potter about till nearly eleven some nights....I am astounded! and just goes to show that my crap diet was making me really tired at night.......

Even if I don't lose weight that in itself has been a welcome difference

Thaks bunny. This is one of those times when I really really hate my job and the fact that I have access to so much information that can be a little bit scary sometimes!
