    Can i please report to Nurse Linda that i go to the Dentist faithfully every 6 months and the hygienist every 6 months as well

    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.

    Got my glucose tolerance test results and have to go to the diabetic clinic on Thursday. Maybe this will partly expalin why I'm feeling proper pants all the time!
