e2save - problem

Had a text yesterday from E2Save:

"Your contract is about 2 end, as a valued customer youre entitled to a line rental discount OR a free upgrade on your contract, please call us on 0800 .................

I am that VALUED that they rejected my perfectly valid 1st claim (they sneakily changed the claim dates months after the contract was set up) I HAD PRINTED THE ORIGINAL DATES when contract was taken out and abided by them.

They paid up when Court Action was taken.

They then changed them AGAIN.

So I have 3 different sets of dates.

Shame they will not let you reply to the text!

Have a look at Phones4u and M2YD, I have just taken out a 12 month free cashback deal, 12 month contract for a Nokia 6300 on Vodafone and £50 Quidco with Phones4u.

I am also just coming to the end of a 12 month cashback deal with M2YD and received all cashback with no problems.

I have just taken out a 12 months free on a 12 month contract with M2YD also, with £30 back on Quidco.

I emailed them with some questions and they replied very quickly, unlike E2Save who never reply.

So far so good.
