e2save - problem

Hi there, I purchased a phone from them end of last week, was the clearance deal including a ps3 and singstar game. I phoned and checked before hand if they had the ps3 and game in stock, and they confirmed that it certainly was and it would be sent at the same time as the phone.

I got the phone delivered in a special delivery bag / pouch approx 40cm by 30 cm with no ps3 and no game , just the phone boxed and the documents in the pouch too

on one of the documents enclosed it says this:
auto cash-back will be raised and free gifts shipped 28 days after purchase providing you have not returned your phone.

wearas on line it says

http://www.e2save.com/gift-info?gift=PS380GBWSINGSTAR&type=staticgift
You will receive your selected product at the same time as you receive your phone.

now i explained to them whats happened, and they said the enclosed documents is nonsense and the gift should have arrived within this package lol.

I told them i had just received the phone and that it was impossible for a ps3 the game and the phone (bare in mind all the boxes etc) to fit in the bag.

The asked for me to send the proof of packaging so they can determine if indeed the other items can not fit in the package too. They would not except a picture emailed so ive had to post the packaging special delivery to them (hassle)

heres a pic of the packaging, the phone is in the white box still sealed, god knows how they think a ps3 with a game will also fit in the packaging too

(dont worry ive taken proper digital photos as proof for myself)

im just wondering if anyone else has experienced anything like this from them, i obviously want this to be sorted out asap so if needs be i can cancel the contract and all the additional nonsense cover they add on within the 14 day cooling off period

if it turns out the gift is indeed shipped after 28 days then they can stick the lot where the sun doesn't shine, non of the operators reckon this is possible even though the the order confirmation says that the gift will arrive later, they have a little clause in the terms saying gifts are sent subject to availability which is asking for trouble in a way, if 28 days go by and im tied in a contract and no ps3....

thanks for your help

Send an email to the CEO stating the details.

Tell them they have 7 days in which to deliver what you were supposed to get otherwise you will send back what you have and not pay a penny.

You will also inform the mobile provider.

If you do a search for E2Save on here you will see why many of us don't trust anything they tell us. If they told me the sea was wet I would not believe them.

I would save yourself a lot of heartache and send the phone back and reject any further deliveries from them.

    lol are they that bad?
  • E2Save is a dishonest and disgraceful company.

I had to put a court claim through before they paid me what I was entitled to.

You can save yourself a lot of trouble by cancelling the "deal" with E2Save.
Do everything in writing and by recorded delivery!
Don't trust in anything they tell you on the phone.
Do print out or make a screenshot of the offer before they remove it from
    their webpage.
