e2save - problem

they have a little clause in the terms saying gifts are sent subject to availability which is asking for trouble in a way, if 28 days go by and im tied in a contract and no ps3....
What do you think their intention is? They mess around and after 14 days you are tied to a contract. I would be really surprised if you get the free stuff at the end of the day.
Honestly, you are far better off without E2Save...0 -

a quick update, i rung the fella i dealt with at e2save and indeed they confirmed it was not possible for the ps3 never mind the game or phone to fit in this package, they confirmed the items will be sent today / tomorrow and i will receive them by Friday latest, i made them aware that i would be canceling this if i do not receive them by Friday, will keep you updated0

I've used them twice & never had a problem with them
Got both phones delivered and on the same day as the Free gift. There was also autocashback which arrived within a few days.
Good Luck tho0 -
ok, quick update, the ps3 arrived today by special, i felt the package before opening and it felt like one big box and i go to my self, here we go again lol
opened it up and the singstar was inside the ps3 box
so all is well so far, will open the phone and get that sorted today and make sure i cancel the extra policies, insurance, gadget helpline etc...

I've had two phones from E2save and recieved the autocashback and currently 3 of the 4 cashbacks via redemtion vouchers. My contracts are up in April and I have been looking at other offers from them , but now I am a bit wary.
Are there any decent companies who still do the free line rental via redemtion or have they all gone bust?

I note "you rang them" Did they not get back to you within 48hrs as they had promised?
:rotfl:I am NOT a mortgage & insurance adviser - or anything to do with finance, that was put on by the new system I dont know why?!0 -
Hi!
E2Save used to be very good.
However I have noted recently larger numbers of people reporting problems (although people are more likly to praise rather than complain.) Personally I had two cashback deals with them that eventually I had to take them to court to get them to honour. The third one is just about finishing now more or less without incident.
The last deal I did was via phones4u and so far (touch wood) they have been very good.
I would suggest cancelling this deal (put everything in writing and keep copies) and have a look at some of the phones4u packages.
I hope that helps
