    Hi all
I'm doing the Race for Life with my sister on 6 June in Oxford. This will be my 4th year, so I'm hoping to run a better time...

Having said that, I haven't started training just yet, as I'm waiting for the go-ahead from my doctor (I have a 6 week old baby!), but hopefully I'll be starting at the weekend...

I'm running in memory of my nan, but also in celebration of my mother in law who has survived breast cancer.

If anyone would like to sponsor me (cheeky, I know!), my page is here: http://www.raceforlifesponsorme.org/ishtar

Good luck to everyone taking part.

    D.

    Hey guys!

I'm doing the Race For Life in Ipswich this year on 7th June.

This is my first Race, not sure what to expect! I haven't to date done any training yet...probably not a wise move!!

I currently am not allowed to post a link to my fundraising page, being a 'newbie', however it is the same web address as everyone else, with danielles after the forward slash! ;)

Good luck everyone, look forward to comparing injuries with you in a couple of months! :j

So sorry to hear about your losses, on here. My pack came through today and i'm doing it with my work collegues. I'm doing it on the 21st in Nottingham, in the afternoon, I'm dedicating my race to my nannar who we lost tragically to cancer in 2003 and I miss her lots so anyway of raising money for the cause is good and i'm sure she would laugh at the thought of me doing it, as she knows i'm not all that fit, I'm aiming to do a mixture of Jogging and walking!

I've set up one of these as well...really good idea!!
