    Bunny. You are poorly - phone in sick. That way you don't have to remember what you fabricated. Plus they must have noticed that you weren't well and smell a rat anyway. They must expect people to be ill at this time of year and you did try by being there today. You will at least have honesty in your defence.

    And Sammy, just a bump in the road, everyone has their blips. Heck, I still eat foods that make me sick because I can't control the cravings totally yet. You're doing fantastically.
