TBH Bun there is so much of this sickness around do you think they would be surprised if you said one of yours had been throwing up all night? Personally I have never done that, but only because I have never felt that rough (tough as old boots me). If you really feel that the day will do you good then take it. Look after yourself and if that means throwing a sickie then do so.
