Sorry to hear about your phone - please don't bin it - they contain nasty chemicals. Loads of charities collect them and often tesco will give you points for them - special bags in stores like the ones you used to put camera film in for developing.

    Afternoon all

Just catching up on the thread and then I'll find my list and do an hours flying before the school run.

    Afternoon all

I've done the bathroom and toilet properly and washed the floors. Dusted the living room and vacuumed right through downstairs. Scrubbed the grotty doormat. Did a small load of washing and some of it is out on the line.

Made cottage pie for dinner and it was yummy.

Very tired now, not much sleep last night (neighbours seem to be nocturnal, in the end I got back up and watched Neighbours and Corrie). I could do with a nap but they have just got up and started throwing stuff about again. The smell last night was appalling too, made me cough.

Today, despite being very tired, I have tidied the living room and most of the bathroom. Still have to do the toilet as I had a visitor who got here early just when I was about to do clean it.
Had lunch, and am watching TV now. !!!!!! Van Dyke's son has been shot on Diagnosis Murder. Wasn't going to watch it, but how can I turn off now! As it is his real life son who plays his son in the programme, it must have been a really tough storyline to act out. It's very dramatic.
