Hi all. I haven't posted this week. And I haven't been flying either . Just been feeling a bit down this week. I really must get something done around the house.

I haven't lost an ounce in two weeks either  I wouldn't mind but I don't eat any 'wrong' things, or even too much of the 'right' things. My problem is that I hate - and I mean HATE - exercise. I know that some people reckon if you do it long enough it becomes a habit and/or addictive, but I think that will only happen if you have an addictive personality to start with, and I don't. In the past I've religiously exercised daily for months on end, but I've had to force myself and never enjoyed it. If I miss even a day I can't go back to it.

I'm exactly the same JAM - I just cannot get myself to exercise at all - we have a jogging machine we got from my SIL and I SOMETIMES (about once every 2 months) have a mad half hour and jump on there for 10 minutes, but thats it.
I'm going to join a pilates or yoga class - nice and easy might work for me - but at the moment, the only excercise I get is going up and down stairs upteen times because I keep forgetting what I went up there for in the first place!!! :rotfl:

Hope you feel better soon - don't let it get you down - maybe get really vigerous with the cleaning cloth and vacuum - jump up and down to some great music to get those dust webs and chase the kids around the house when they haven't tidied their rooms (or just for fun ;) ) - all good exercise in my book!

Thanks embb, we were given the bed frame and I was always going to paint it but never got round to it. The bottom support is going, so unless I can get it welded, it's got to go now though (not yet tho, he'll have to wait coz I can't afford it.)
