:rotfl: I know, but DS gave me his uniform when he came in, we did his bedroom, went to karate, sat down for a bit and it wasn't until I went to go to bed that I realised that I hadn't put the uniform in the wash!!! Just waiting for it to finish now and then will go to bed - I can leave it in the TD and iron it in the morning (the jumper is already out and drying on the rads)... What a dingbat, and it was my fault this time - I would never have lived it down... ;) :rotfl:

ETA - anyway, Pot, Kettle, Black springs to mind.....?

Just a quick post to say my nails are a bright yellow colour :D I will still be wearing the yellow necklace and I'm going to see if my DD has anything yellow she can wear - although her school tie is blue with yellow stripes ;) I'm just hoping for nice weather as I've got to do a yard duty for my assessment having only done 1 last week. Forcast is nice though ;)So please can I have "Nicki covers loads of her NVQ work so will hardly have to do any writing for this unit and won't get into trouble for how little she has done" vibes please :o

Thanks for all the Birthday wishes - had a good day once I got to placement and the staff had bought me a big Mr Kiplings "French Fancy" Cake (those on Facebook will be able to see it ;) :rotfl: ) and a card with lots of messages, most of which I can't repeat here :rotfl: Tomorrow is another teacher who I work with's birthday. :rotfl: and I've just checked to find another TA who's birth sign is Aquarius so it looks like lots of celebrating over the next few weeks ;)

DD got me a £10 voucher for Waterstones so I'll be off to puroose the shelves there on Friday - any recommendations 'cause I'm a nightmare for buying books and then not getting around to reading them :o

Flying...hmmm...I've decluttered a take-away which we had for tea, half my birthday cake (with DD's help), 2 glasses of wine and put the rubbish from, the takeaway in the bin outside instead of leaving it in the kitchen to stink it up over night. :p There is currently a trail of destruction through the house as I've been concentrating on getting my paperwork done...but nothing a few HHC wouldn't sort out ;)

    Right, bed time

There wasn't much that was of interest to me, I have ordered some of the little thin candles and a half price top to try.

Friend came around this evening for a chat which has really lifted my mood.

    Morning all

    Happy YELLOW day

    Lil-me - Matthew - how sweet!
Fly-Flo - well done on the bedroom!
Dusty - hope you're feeling a little less down today

Slept very well last night even though we've had some horrible weather. Still evil with rain this morning. But at least it's not ice like it was yesterday morning!

Will fly when I get home. Will probably do the utility area as I did the bathroom yesterday.
