off topic, but i wanted to ask your opinion.....I have been looking at a friends facebook photo's from down the caravan last year, there was one with me in the backgroud then there is at least 2 with my DD as one of the main people in the photo's, now I don't have any pictures of me or DD(especiallyDD)on any internet site for my own reasons regarding personal info, I am not too pleased, am I being silly?

Toochoosey - I don't put piccies on the internet either - especially of the children. I know lots of people are fine about it though. A difficult one! xx

Can i join this thread ??- my house is a bomb site and with a full time job (although hours reduced at the moment so i finish at 3 each day) 3 children to look after and a seperated husband (he did most of the housework before but i need to be able to get it under control for me) I don't really know to start. I spend evenings looking at the mess rather than actually doing anything - so i think a list is what i need starting at level 1 and working upto level 3 once I have it under control (at some point in my dreams) i am also working on getting the food bill under control which i have got better at recently oh and I'm trying to loose weight - does extra housework burn calories???

Hi and welcome inamess! lovely to have you on board - will be sending you a pm in a minute!!
    toots xx
    Peace will be mine

If they are not identified as you or your children I wouldn't worry.. most peoples profiles are now private so strangers aren't able to see them.

I've had pics of my lot online for years and noone has ever abducted any of them.. but it is personal choice and I might be tempted to ask you friend to blot out your faces or whatever if it concerns you to that degree.

I wanted to buy another Kate Atkinson book in the Oxfam bookshop, but they've sold them all at the minute.

Which one are you after, as I might have it in my box in the garage ... you could help me declutter ;)
  • Just a quick update - I've done 5 mins washing up, sorted out the kitchen bin (the liner had slipped down and half the stuff wasn't in it) and hung out some washing to dry. Night night everyone xx

Well, with after school revision sessions, teaching after school environmental science lesson as a favour, and having an offer on a house accepted and trying to get all that sorted (oh and pub after work today) and parents evening this week I've not done any flying! Did just declutter half a chocolate sponge, though!
