OOooh I don't like the new colours at all!

Toots - I either use pure essential oils in water in an oil burner or I have to say i'm a yankee candle or a partylite kind of girl (only bought when on special offer of course!). TBH lots of clients / friends know I love candles so I get a lot of mine at Christmas / birthdays. I'm also using a yankee candle tart burner at the moment as a friend got me that for my birthday with 24 tarts. I'm a bit worried about when I run out though as i'm not sure i'll spend £1 a tart (they only last a day or two!). Ok, i'm gabbing now. Think i'll go declutter a candle !!! xx
  • I am glad its not just my screen then!!
Thanks Mudbath - had a feeling you were going to say 'Yankee' I like them too - but have to resist on the cost!! I do essential oil burner too but do like to see a candle burning IYSWIM!

Ok next question for everybody - I have white cotton pj bottoms - patterned - that i really like - but something has run in the wash and now they are a blue-ish dirty looking colour - Can I and if so How do I get them back to white???

    toots xx

Mmmm... first I had dark red boxes under the avatars, and now the pages are all washed out - know how they feel!!;)

I have finally done some flying this week, and cleaned the bathroom and washed all the towels. In my defence, most of the week has revolved around the livingroom, and I worked an extra day too. I enjoyed having today off. Weekly shopping done, we can eat! I dashed downtown with DS1, and although it had stopped raining, it was so cold. Only bought some bits in Boots and took some cash out. I wanted to buy another Kate Atkinson book in the Oxfam bookshop, but they've sold them all at the minute.

pigpen - Congratulations to your sister and BIL, on the safe arrival of Tabitha, and to you on becoming an auntie!

sunnygirl - will be thinking of your SIL.

toottifrootti - I've done the diary details, and must do the December accounts too - what is the next thing you are tackling? I really should get on with writing some cards to French friends too. It's fine to send New Year greetings up until the end of January - but no later, so I have a deadline of early next week to get them in the post!
It is never too late to become what you were always intended to be
  • I am doing a bank book at the moment but I think you should get your new Year greetings done and out of the way! your accounts will wait a day or 2!!LOL!
