Mudbath - were all the DDs for pet insurance? If they were all going to the same company it COULD be an admin error where sopmeone hasn't uploaded correct details...
Apparently a scam at the moment is to try account numbers and pins (they use computers until they get a 'hit' then they try a little DD - if it is accepted they go in for the kill...
If it is the pet insurance company taking all these debits from you - well someone isn't doing their job properly...or it could be someone pulling a fast one at the company - getting their insurance paid for by you...either way I would expect a massive apology. BTW how are you doing with Tiscali? I have had no end of problems with them because exOH set it up and they wouldn't talk to me - until I pointed out they were happy to take the money from MY account...service is fine - it's the payments etc I have trouble with.

Tia - I though that when I joined the thread - no it's her DSs GFs but not his IYSWIM. Nice to see you posting BTW

Congratulations to Auntie Pigpen, Sister & BIL

She is absolutely gorgeous! Hope your sister is feeling ok and it wasn't too tough for her.

Been to toddlers this morning but before I went I tidied the lounge floor of all the toys and hoovered it too. So although my motivation has left me completely at least I feel like I'm not living in a complete pigsty.

Flyladies (and gent) I need your positive vibe help please. My SIL is going through a very tough time at the moment. I did mention here over Christmas what had happened but don't really want to go into detail again. But please can everyone send positive vibes to her. She's so down at the moment and we're all supporting her as much as we can but no matter what we do we can't take away what she feeling and its really hard to see her so upset and not be able to do anything about it.

Anyway, DD1 is being picked up by other SIL so I'm going to have a bit of a chill out for half an hour while DD2 is in bed. Then I'll have to get my act together and make a start on the pizza and potato wedges we're having for tea.

Sorry didn't mean to post in big letters!

I did forget to put (((((Summermoon)))), hope you're feeling better soon and I also wanted to send positive moving out vibes to Pigpen's DS

  Vacuum floors – clean carpet!!!

1. Wednesday - sprog/spare room
   Level One
   Clear the floor of gibble
   Level Two
   Vacuum floor
   Friday - FLING - Living room, Hall and stairs
   Level One
   Declutter floors
   Level Two
   Vacuum stairs and floors
   vacuum sofas
   S&S kitchen
   So far today I've cleaned Bathroom - all lovely and sparkly
   DD1 rooms nearly finished
   DD2 has embraced "how much can you do in 5 mins" and has done a bin bag dance, picked her washing up, next 5 min challenge is to sweep the floor.
   Kitchen is half way done
   We will tackle the lounge together.:beer:

dont panic tia - I got that bit wrong in the beginning too - its not DS's baby!

mudbath it sounds to me like an admin error - have you spoken to the pet insurance people to see if they can check if these other people are customers?

Valli - they're all for the same pet insurance company and were all set up around the same time and for the same date but only one is mine and only one had my details - name, address etc xx

have just decluttered some shampoo, conditioner and smelly stuff while i had a bath! Feel more relaxed now!

Tootles - i've been onto the insurance company and they've passed it onto their fraud department who have already phoned me back. 'They don't know how it's happened'. Also phoned my bank and cancelled the dd's I don't want and they're refunding the money. I just wanted to hear someone else say it was an admin error so thankyou!!

Flying - i'm going to declutter my house by not picking my children up from school:rotfl: . DH finishing mending piano stool, i've been s/s ing. So, job done! xx

Possibly a simple admin error then BUT I think - ooh three months free should make up for it? What do you think?;) and are they going to change their system so that it flags up duplicated info in future? It is possible to program databases etc so that this sort of error doesn't occur.

Sunnygirl - sorry to hear she is still down... she has a long slow process to go through and will need both practical and emotional support...hope she gets through.
