I did the 1.30 to 2.00 and managed to S&S the kitchen, and the bathroom plus I have remove all the junk from the DR. I went and distributed the shredding into the compost heap and the chickens are working it in for me nicely. My girls more than earn their keep - in 12 months they have paid for themselves, their home and their food costs in eggs, plus the slug population is virtually nil and we have masses of quality compost thanks to their other activities.

Didn't mean to sound down - I am not! Two HHC's have got the ground floor back to how it should be - I just need to do the ironing and put some clean clothes away. Just typical that someone turns up when it isn't fit to be seen.

Flower - the area that will be my study is currently an area off the hall that is 2m deep and 1.2 metres wide so we need to shift the stud wall and steal a bit off the DR. Already has a window, and sockets so not a major job. No point at the moment as it is full of rough sawn oak planks that will eventually be my kitchen units. Unfortunately the wood came at short notice many months ago, had to be stored inside and I didn't have time to take the business stuff out and it didn't matter because 'it wouldn't be there long'. The old computer is stuck behind it all too and I was bored of seeing the piles of paperwork. All tidy and shredded/filed now but the wood is still there seeing as the dry rot/woodworm relegated the kitchen a long way down the list.

I now need to look for a suitable cloakroom suite with a corner sink that is in stock for delivery next week. The loo is cracked and has started to leak so this is now urgent, and DH has said he may as well do the floor tiles (bought 12 months ago) and put a sink in at the same time. Woo hoo! Should look lovely when it is done.

    My bed made now.
I have also de-pooped the garden (thanks puss)
and bagged up a small bag of stuff to take to the charity shop when I go to town tomorrow.
I have cleaned the sofa as DD sneezed on that yesterday - and that too was blood splashed. Thankyou Stardrops!
Ironing away - maiden ready for next lot, this evening and WM loaded ready to run tonight on E7.
Flower having been flying for months now the biggest thing I no longer battle against is the clutter I have de cluttered so dusting etc is much quicker. Having said that I haven't cleaned the windows for a while - but not a long time and they are fine.
I do wipe the frames and seals as they do get awful with condensation (yesterday I 'ciffed' DSs as it was bad - his room is the very worst for condensation) - but I am a mad keen window opener - unless it's foul out I like to have my windows open during the day.

I have closed the windows upstairs as the heating will come on shortly. Also it brightened back up outside so I am pleased I left the washing out when it showered a while ago...not least because there are sheets on the line and I like them to have a good blow.

Oh and I have washed up and dried pots too...

Mmmm, I know how you feel - felt similar when DD moved out, although at least she had my mum to fall back on... I can tell you we get on better now so maybe that will be the same with your hubby - takes time though.
What about his girlfriend and the baby? do they have somewhere to go and will they be on their own? That will be hard with a littleun in tow, but sometimes people find their true strength when thrown in at the deep end eh!

I'm sure he will be fine - hugs honey...:A

Ok, been to asda, for myself and the shop, unpacked it all and put it away too! Put the recycling stuff out. Had lunch and watched Victorian Farm. Not much really is it?! Have tonsilitis and feeling like carp ontop of the plain just feeling like carp. Headache too complete with dizzyness and funky visual disturbances.

    Quick hoover
Meal plan (next week is going to be very hard, some of you know why, I need to organise stuff)

In my second HHC with Holly
I turned washing on the radiators
have been decluttering the hall -
have emptied 3 carriers bags and put the contents where they belong
gathered a load of toiletries togeter in a basket
unpacked a bag of Christmas presents, took off labels and put them away

having 15 mins sit down and then will be off again at 3.00

I don't want to put anyone on the spot but if you work in banking:rolleyes: or in sales can I ask you a question. Is the following more likely to be an admin error or somehow getting hold of my bank details - I've set up a direct debit (DD) for pet insurance, three DDs appeared on my account. One for the right amount, one for a different amount and the third hadn't started yet. When I phoned only one of the DDs was for me at my address. The other two had someone elses details against it. Surely it's too much of a coincidence that i've set this up and at the same time someone's stolen my details and set up an account with the same pet insurance??? I'm hoping it's an admin error but am stressing about it a bit.

    Any advice/thoughts? xx

Sorry, it's all me, me, me. I meant send hugs to you pigpen and I hope that DS will be very happy xx
