I've done my pre op walk today in an hour and 50 minutes and feel fab. Having lunch now and will do some flying this afternoon. Just s/s ing every room again.

since my last post I have
emptied the dyson (hate that job)
brought back in the wheelie bin
swept the path (gravel everywhere)
emptied and refilled the DW
WM x 1 hung out
WM x 2 on
S&S kitchen
shredding
Shredding bin emptied into recycling paper bin
Spoke to friend who phoned
grunted at the Dragon lady when she phoned
took lunch and tea out of freezer

I know they are lots of little bits but they all help.

Pigpen - congratulations, a lovely name too.

I would like to pay someone to come and look round the house once a week and sigh at the mess, cheaper than a cleaner and I would clean in anticipation for either visitor. Shame I have no family locally and am billy no mates . My neighbour came round earlier to apologise for reversing into our front wall and I couldn't invite her in because it is a pig sty yet again - although mostly as a result of de-cluttering what will be my study.

Boring shopping done and put away. Need to make some soup and go for a run before it snows/sleets/rains again. Back at the cleaning for the 1.30 HHC so count me in please.

Weight loss - Combined efforts of three jogs this week, daily use of wii fit, no alcohol and altered eating habits equals 3lb loss. Only another 35 to go......
