Well you learn something new everyday. Todays lesson of the day is if your reckless dricving causes over £50,000 of damage to four other peoples cars and you can drive off fast enough that the bystanders are too shocked to record your number plate its not a criminal offence. Apparently its just a motoring one and thats for leaving the scene of an accident without reporting it.
Unsurprisingly the four owners of the afore mentioned vehicles are seeing things rather differently. OHs friend (the owner of totalled vehicle no. 1) is not a happy bunny nor is his mum (vehicle no. 2 ) or his neighbour (vehicles 3 and 4). Spending today emptying out the boys toy Landie in case OHs friend needs it to get to work as there appears to be some debate whether he'll get a courtesy car through his insurance company.
Today is a BIDET (teacher training day) so the DDs are staying at home whilst my boss has okayed me doing a short bumble about day. Planning to head in early but need to get dressed first.
OH is already annoyed about my quest for the perfect coloured and priced DSs. I want them bundle free and he can't see what the problem with that is. Patiently explaining that they're either bundled, out of stock or have extortionate shipping costs seems to be going right over his head.
Plans for today:- survive the next 24 hours without losing my temper.
- Write DoYoos for products which are actually in their catalogue rather than todays which is not
- Tidy, tidy and tidy some more
- Find something to occupy the DDs now that tomorrows riding lesson has been cancelled and its too wwet to do the things they have planned for sunday
- Clean bathrooms on off chance OH and girlfriend arrive as new forms of life have been spotted within the confines of the bathroom sink.

Could you buy a bundle and sell the games?0

Easy come and far too easy go.
A nice lady from Asda credit card company phoned to thank me for my letter and apologise for their error not only has the interest been refunded but shes stuck a free tenner on my accoun too. Unfortunately the tenner only went a third of the way to replacing DD2s shoes which have developed a leak thanks to a crater in the sole. Still despite being surrounded by shops her shoes were the only things purchased.
OH was dragged around the various purveyors of DSs. They seem to be getting more and more expensive and whilst I could make a fortune with DSi I'd make a loss with a DS bundle. However if anyone is after a DSi for x-mas Tesco have them for £150 with 3 specific current top 20 chart games retailing at a little over £60 (in store only).
DD1 has decreed we're off to the local church Christmas Fayre this afternoon. Will be on full scale tat avoidance alert for the duration.
Flea-bay sales now up to £45. Shame over half of that will be swallowed up in flea bay fees and postage.
Had a fun day at school yesterday turfing out stuff from an old store cupboard that hasn't seen the light of day in over 3 decades. Got to take a hammer to the shelving after that so there are nowseveral large bags of kindling for staff with fires to take home and another couple in my boot. The boss is rather good like that. The builders start on monday and they have strict instructions not to dispose of anything which can be reused, burnt or sold on E-bay without checking with me first. I fear my popularity with the builders may just have taken a nose dive.Saving for a Spinning Wheel and other random splurges : £183.500 -
Have succumbed to the temptations of free bingo *again* in a moment of total lunacy. Now waiting for my initial deposit to be vetted so that I can have the first of many freebies and then withdraw and play with someone elses money.
I hate bingo.Saving for a Spinning Wheel and other random splurges : £183.500 -
Most of the E-bay auctions have finished rasing around £60 after fees and postage.
OH is back to work for the day and then off again until friday. Need to catch up with my cyber life whilst hes not around to complain about the amount of time I spend staring at the PC. Have done the first of many DooYoos. Its been almost a week since I last did any and I'm way behind where I wanted to be so will be getting my bum in gear with that as well as doing an awful lot of housework. It seems pointless even atttempting it when they're all underfoot. Still at least the DDs rooms are tidy as they were banished there yesterday afternoon to calm down for a bit.
No enormous bingo wins to report. No pathetically small ones either.Saving for a Spinning Wheel and other random splurges : £183.500 -
Another day, another enormous puddle outside the front door and raging torrent hurling itself down the road outside and its still raining. 10am yesterday was so dark it was almost like night. Most strange.
In rather exciting news I've won on the bingo. A whole enormous £1. How very exciting. It appears the pre 6:30am games aren't worth playing. £1 to enter 50p a line and £3 total prize fund. Whoopee. Won't be making that mistake again.
Plans for world domination continue apace. I have almost conquered the small domain known as the upstairs bathroom. Another blitz on that will see it surrendering later in the day.
OH is home for the next 3 days all of which will be horrifically wet. hes muttered about venturing to the Trafford Centre unfortunately (or fortunately - I hate shopping centres) once I get there it'll be time to head back to work again.
One DooYoo done very badly. Still its done. Only 17 more to go to payout.Saving for a Spinning Wheel and other random splurges : £183.500 -

I won yesterday playing at about 3pm. I think I'm going to pre-purchase all my cards now instead of doing the early games, it's just not worth it!0 -
Lurgi ridden child causes slight hitch in the days plans. DD1 is too snotty for school. Fortunately OH will be around to suffer the torture too.Oh the joys of parenting. This will result in a wobbly from DD2 as she'll still have to go to school but will placate her with forbidden treats in her butty box. Just hope I can find something in the cupboard.
Have aquired the DDs christmas DSs and Edge cards to go with to allow them to be used as MP3 players and wot not. Total cost was about what I'd estimated and the final batch of E-bay sales seem to have raked in more than anticiapated so all godd there.
Need to get into the right frame of mind for a pre-school x-mas fayre tat donating session to clear the cupboards and surfaces of tat. Its so much easier when I don't have to wade through dross to do the smallest thing. Still at least the place is straightening up very very slowly and being stuck indoors cos its too grotty to go out is stopping me spending cash. Every cloud has a silve lining and all that.
Bingo people gave me double freebies today so have pre-booked a tenners worth of games. Off to see if St M!niver are awake yet so I can win another 10p. Ooh the excitement of it all. Did 1 DooYoo yesterday and one today taking me vaguely closer to the elusive 200 review goal. Only 66 more to go. Bleugh.Saving for a Spinning Wheel and other random splurges : £183.500
