Ridings cancelled again today due to none stop rain so thats another £20 I don't need to spend. have blown my free fiver on bingo but have yet to win anything. Still only another 12 games to go... on auto play. I hate bingo.
OH is back at work and then off to look at a mega expensive go-kart with a friend for his friends sons x-mas prezzie so won't be home any time soon. DDs are hankering after a trip to another church fete in nearby posh village with posh price tags and even posher prizes than normal.
Need to come up with some inspirational things to waffle about on DooYoo and then tackle the laundry mountain. Again.
OH is still off the booze so things are looking much better both emotionally and financially. Hes back to being his usual self instead of the !!!!!! that he becomes when hes had too much to drink and is suffering from a permananet hangover. He doesn't seem to be smoking as much either.
So plans for today:- Restrict DDs to £2 each and attend church fair
- At least 2 DooYoos
- Contemplate a trip to Lidl to take advantage of a £5 off £30 spend and stock up on dog food whilst there. Problem is the freezer is chocka thanks to the co-ops mega reductions where pizzas were 50p each instead of £2.
- Dig a joint out of the freezer for dinner tomorrow
- Clean out the fridge

Church fair was super successful. The DDs left clutching an assortment of goodies. For DD1 a tasteless handbag which shes ecstatic with and for DD2 a set of 12 books which I was considering getting her for Christmas but wasn't organised enough to have bought previously. The usual assortment of buns and attempts at guessing the name of the dodgy looking dog. Did eye up a fabulous shocking fuschia bustier but decided better of it. I am not a !!!!!!. Not often enough to justify that at any rate.
Dining room is slightly tidier than it was last night and much cleaner. Need to venture into the shed in search of power tools to genearate some kindling for the fires before it gets much darker.
Only 5 DooYoos till payout. Sadly I don't have the enthusiasm to do any more at the mo. Will be giving myself a metaphorical kick up the bum first thing tomorrow.Saving for a Spinning Wheel and other random splurges : £183.500 -

Nooo I can't its soo hard writing 200+ words of drivel. I barely scraped by with an attroious review on a Yorkie bar earlier whilst I waffled for an eternity on mousetraps. Theres no happy medium. Plus everything I've thought of is surprisingly absent from the list of acceptable items.Saving for a Spinning Wheel and other random splurges : £183.500

It might be 9:15 on a Sunday morning but its so dark outside you'd swear it was midnight. We have absolutely nothing planned today so no reason to venture outdoors, apart from generating a bit more kindling. I did enough for a few days yesterday by hand cos I couldn't be bothered faffing about with power tools and cabling.
OH and his friend spent the afternoon att he go-kart track and his friend did indeed buy the go-kart. They're off to collect it on monday assuming they can persuade one of the neighbours to loan them a horsebox or other large ramped trailer in which to plonk it.
OH is still alcohol free and the effects are becoming more and more noticable. his rigid pregnancy belly is slowly deflating and becoming more squishy with every passing day. Hopefully his clothes will soon start to fasten round his belly rather than under it. He seems to be sleeping a litttle better too.
Spent last night watching "Up". Tis the best film I've seen in ages. Have DooYooed it this morning along with a dire book. Just 3 to go now. Will raid the bathroom for bubble baths to get them over and done with.
Inspired by Floozie I've got fruit soaking to make cakes later today and I've dug some stewed apple out of the freezer to make crumble. Having roast chicken and pork for dinner tonight and tomorrow and in sandwiches for the first part of the week. Hopefully there will be enough left to freeze too.
Evicted a fluffy marrow from the fridge. Everything else is still edible and the fridge is now clean and shiny. Bet DD2 spills something in it before lunchtime.Saving for a Spinning Wheel and other random splurges : £183.500 -
2 more DooYoos done taking me to 99790 points. 14 rates or one more review off reach payout.

The rating gods have shined down on me and DooYoo has now exceeded 100,000 points. Of course I still have to wait 72 hours before I can claim my cheque but thats not long.
So on to my next target. I did tell myself I'd write 200 reviews and claim £100 before Christmas. To date I've only done 143 reviews (only.... it feels like its taken a lifetime) which leaves me a further 57 to go to achieve 200. Still at least I've managed the £100 and another 57 reviews should take me most of the way to the next £50 whilst challengeing my poor underactive brain cells.Saving for a Spinning Wheel and other random splurges : £183.500
