Seabrook Crisps

I also have an undying love for Seabrookes, but don't get the chance to have them as often now as the company I work for now don't have a vending machine!

As for Walkers crisps, it seems to be about three crisps (that have been crushed into millions of small pieces) and a load of air. Buy the best, buy Seabrookes!

I haven't had a reply yet, although got excited when I went to check my post as I had a parcel (thinking it might be a free box of crisps) but alas it was only a textbook.

Not only were there a few free samples, but a whole box of 48 packets (Beefy and S&V) unfortunately in foil packets. Shame, I like Canadian Ham too, maybe I should have told them. Come to think of it, the Roast Chicken & Stuffing flavour sounds good.

I'm still not happy about the change, and my comments obviously aren't important enough to get them to think about changing their decision, but ten out of ten for customer service.

I did briefly contemplate either sending them back or telling them I gave them away because they're foil, but I guess that's the kind of attitude that gets good customer service taken off the priority list of these companies. And besides, I'd be lying, because I've eaten a shedload of them already!

I just had a root through the box and to my surprise there are other flavours in there too. It's a Chicken & Stuffing box (but no chicken & stuffing crisps), but I do have Worcestershire Sauce, Prawn Cocktail, Bacon & Brown Sauce, Cheese & onion and Salt & Pepper.

Just tried S&P. Very nice.Bit dubious about the others but will be tried in due course.

Does anyone know if the Seabrook's cheese & onion non crinkle cut crisps still exists? It is the best crisp on the planet but I find it very hard to find even though I live in W. Yorkshire. There are planty of the crinkle cut variety around(why? surely they are less popular) but I hate them with a passion as I do walkers. The only ones that came close were Golden Wolders cheese & onion but I think they have gone out of business now.
