    Just wanted to pop in and officially wish all the marathon runners lots of luck and hope you have great runs! You've done so well and are so prepared I know you'll do great! I will be thinking of you all and will be glued to the telly on sunday morning!!

    Hope it's everything you want it to be guys!! Above all enjoy the experience and can't wait to read your stories afterwards..... (i'll be lurking to see how everyone got on.)

    Oh and becky, enjoy New York....! You'll have earned the break!

    Depends what you want from it - but I went from complete beginner (i.e. not even round the block) in June to running 5 ish miles in August and I actually started marathon training in October at about 35 miles a week and peaked at 60 miles a week - but you could start more slowly and peak a bit lower and still finish :D

    Thanks for all the thanks guys - its really nice to know people are thinking of us and wishing us well - I had a lovely email from someone I know yesterday saying she was really proud of me because I am the first person she knows to run a marathon which I thought was lovely and it really will help when I'm dying at mile 20!!!

    Sally - I have three cheques coming in the post that should be about £50-80 totalled and then about another £20-30 to come from other friends who are waiting till payday :D

    Tbh I have just bullied everyone I know (including my suppliers ;)) and I have sponsored a lot of people or will have to shortly ;)
