carp carp carp...legs (calfs) have completely given up on me...every step was agony, along with the arch of my right foot aching constantly. Managed to run 4 miles and then determined I was going to do 10 miles tonight I walked the rest. There always seems to be something grrrrrr
Really really !!!!ed off but wondering if the body is still feeling a bit pah with cold/cough/virus combo. Oh well try and do some intervals tomorrow.I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....

Well done all on getting out and running.
The last two runs I've done, 5 miles each, today and Monday well I have to say legs have felt like lead.
All part of this marathon training..... 9 weeks to go.....0 -
Ahh Sally hopefully the walk will do you as much good as the run, just take it easy x0

I feel pants too - 4 years today that my dad and my original running partner died.....he is my inspiration behind my FLM attempt this year, but crap crap crap......he would be 60 the week before the marathon, so I am sure he would have wanted to run it to celebrate.
chuck us the bottle back when you have finished becky......Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -

Thanks sallyx - am feeling sorry for myself today! Even if I had been able to go out for a run, I don't think I would have got very far!
