Tesco or Asda? Which is cheaper?

I think you mean www.mysupermarket.co.uk0

There's only one way to solve this as Harry Hill would say ....
My suggestion however is to take a list of your essentials to each shop, note down the prices, and see which one comes up cheapest! This would have to be both shops on the same day if you can manage it though.
Keep an eye out on websites for offers - that can make a big difference and I often make a special trip to a different supermarket to pick up special offers that I use. I don't have to factor in petrol prices though, if I want to go anywhere other than Tesco, Lidl or Aldi I go by bike - also restricts the amount you can buy! What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -
Fight!
I find Asda cheaper sometimes, but the amount of people there (stupid I know) puts me off. Generally you can't swing a cat in thereI’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Old style MoneySaving boards.

I've just repeated my shop I did on friday (must be sad!) on mysupermarket and Tescos is just under £5 cheaper than Asda. I always shop at Tescos as it is only a few mins drive away and Asda is 20mins away.0

I only shop on line as if I went into the store I would spend a fortune. If I went into Asda/ Tesco I would end up spending a fortune in Tesco. On line I usually shop with Tesco. I have recently shopped with Asda, I thought I would get a lot more with my money, but actually I haven't.
I will be going back to Tesco, because: so far they haven't messed me around and forgotten some of my shopping then left me to rearrange it! I actually seem to get more for my money with them, the products I order are better quality (never had gone off chicken) and I'm saving my clubcard points.0 -
