Hello all :) After a bit of help.... I don't normally wear much make up just a bit of eyeshadow etc and lippie but now I'm mid twenties decided I could do with some foundation. I only want something pretty light and nothing too expensive, £15 -£20 max. I had looked at the new no7 mineral stuff but some people say it's very heavy and more for evenings - I just want something for occasional day to day use? Any suggestions off you wonderful bootsers?
Hi , I find all No 7 foundations heavy. Im using Max Factor Minerals make up at the minute and it great.

Hi honey. He is doing just fine thanks for asking. Hope you are OK too.

I know this is super cheeky, but have seen others doing it, so will follow suit. At the sales I got some of that BOOTS SCENTS OF ATTRACTION (£4.50) and a GILLETTE RAZOR/WATCH GIFT SET (£3.00) which I have no need for. If anyone wants them with P+P, pm me, otherwise I think I will be taking them back.

I just phoned cs about my problem and she couldn't find a fault with my account. She deactivated and reactivated my account and also asked what server I'm using? Then I realised that I use Firefox and some websites have a problem with this so I tried again in Internet Explorer and it works fine.

I logged on in the office using the new password and then resetting it with no probs. Hopefully it should be fine when I try again at home.
  • I have also sent you a PM Mimi, thank you for offering them on here xxx

I'm having the same problems with dotcom  it's pathetic. A large company like boots and they can't even run a website:rolleyes: they really need to get their act together. It is so embarrassing. We should go to the press about it. They will soon sort it out then:rotfl: according to my account, I have -1 item in my basket:confused:
It seems you need to clear your cookies and try again. It workded for me and a couple of others here.

I use No7 tinted moisturiser for everyday use. It is £10.28 and comes in fair or medium shades and because it is mixed with moisturiser it does not go on too thick at all. I have quite pale skin and look ridiculous using most foundations as it looks as i have painted my face, but i like the subtle colour that is not too thick with these.

I have used other tinted moisturiser but i find this to be the best x

Hi has anybody been to the trafford centre boots, if so do you no whether there is any clearance stock and if so where abouts in store it is?
    Thanks
Have been this AM, very little sale stuff except those cat mugs...... hundreds of those. There are a few clearance items downstairs next to the sale but nothing exciting. The SS tills were also re-located downstairs but were all closed with a 'No Entry' sign on the screen  . There are some reduced No7 suncare upstairs with all the other 'skincare' (not on No7 stand IYSWIM). lots of Mini mode half price clothes. Looks like they are preparing to put out the Buggies/ baby stuff and suncare though.

The little outlet on the retail park next to TC is carp also, no reduced No7, no sale items you would want - usual tat left.
    :kisses2:

Thanks for all your help guys. Another person recommended the no7 tinted moisturiser to me so may give that a try with my blinkie, and with the money I save I could get the collection 2000 one too ! :)
