Can anyone tell me whether you can buy nail varnish with the £5 off No7 voucher.
ThanksNow proud Mumto3 :j0 -
Isn't it strange how they suddenly can transfer the stock from .com to the stores, yet for weeks they have been saying that they are 2 seperate companies & have no facility to do this!!
I agree with the others, they will obviously ship them with no warning & the SA's will get first pick, so unless we all take tents & camp out for the next XX days in the large stores, the chances of being instore when they arrive are minimal!
And even if they arrive in-store, what price will they charge??
The best we can hope is that they ship them for next Wednesday (28th) for the 90% reductions (I know, I'm hallucinating again! Blame the lack of sleep cos I was up till 3.30am!)
Its so infuriating! They need to update their website with accurate info, instead of leaving us hanging.......!!
Sxx
I was thinking this as well. Has anybody had the same problem as me when returning .com things instore? They have a security tag that hasn't been de-activated, so as soon as you walk in the shop the alarms go off  . If .com stock is different then why would they have security tags on in the 1st place0 -

what boots e-mail did you contact them on?
I sent an email to the email address on page 1 of this thread, but i just looked on .com and it says that their email facilty is ''currently not available''
So i dont know if they'll get it now. I tried talking to them on the phone but they couldnt get me off the phone quick enough and didnt seem to really care TBH.
Is there another email address to use?:TIs thankful to those who have shared their :T
:T fortune with those less fortunate :T

That over 60 10% discount could come in handy for me over the next year, i think i am gonna have to get my MIL to get an AC even though she never shops in boots, so that when we go baby shopping i can take advantage of the discount.
Do you get the 10% discount when you order online or is it just an instore thing?:TIs thankful to those who have shared their :T

I've set off the alarms on a number of occasions - now I always have a delivery note and a copy of the confirmation email in hand to wave to the security guard!
(note - it will also set off alarms in other stores if you pass through the security barriers:eek: )0 -
Right,
last week when sale was off I bought two coin sorter thingys at full price along with a minerals foundation ( so I could get free delivery ) took them to my local store today and this is what happened
MLSL - " Can I return these please I bought them on .com at full price and tried to get them delivered to store so I could pay with points but .com was playing up and they arrive with me a few days ago"
SA " Yes no problem that is £40 (-vat reduction ) & cost of minerals foundation refunded to your card"
MLSL " can I now purchase them with points I checked with .com and they said it should be a problem "
SA " Certainly thats £10 ( -vat reduction ) for your two coin sorters "
I then bought some pantene to boost points & get blinkie, picked up minerals foundation & GWP cost £14ish - £5 blinkie +£9
Total saved
£15 x 2 refund for coin sorter
£5 less for Minerals foundation due to blinkie
I would suggest that if anyone wants 1 or 2 higher cost items they order them through .com ( adding something like minerals foundation to get free delivery ) then asks store if they can refund and buy with points, the refund goes through .com prices 100%, and when they scan it to purchase it comes up 75% off
I would also suggest like I did you could say CS thinks there should be no problem and smile that way theres not 20 supervisors called
best case - you get items you wanted with free delivery & 75% off & extra points
worst case - if they say no, you can either keep item at 100% or get a 100% refund and your no worse off ( & if you've used a bonus points code with .com they often don't take these points off so you'd be 500pts better off for your trouble )
hope this helps those who haven't managed to get items in either of the 75% sales
Good LuckBusy mum of 3, so if my posts don't make sense or ask a silly question be patient:rotfl:0
