- Monday - chicken curry and rice for OH, spag bol made with quorn mince for me (both will result in a spare portion for the freezer)
- Tuesday - OH out, jacket potato, beans and cheese for me
- Wednesday - OH salmon fillet, jacket potato and peas or a frozen portion of something from the freezer, I'm out for a curry with work
- Thursday - tuna pasta bake and posh bread (whoopsied from Mr T) for both of us

We have a small shop coming from Waitrose later - mostly bread and orange juice, plus veg and fruit (why Waitrose? they have the best wholemeal bread, and we can't buy decent bread anywhere else).
AMENDED BECAUSE VEGE BOX CONTAINED AUBERGINES AND SWEET POTATOES, WHICH I WASN'T EXPECTING.
Sat: spaghetti carbonara
Sun: Roast chicken, with cornbread stuffing, roast sweet potato, courgettes, onions & peppers [freeze portion of chicken and stuffing for another day, make and freeze an extra cornbread]
Mon: Chicken & chorizo rice
Tues: Vegetable casserole and dumplings [including the other sweet potato, ordinary potatoes and carrots]
Wed: Black bean & aubergine chilli, rice, cornbread [make double quantities and freeze half for another time]
Thurs: meatballs & spaghetti
Fri: Fish and chips
Heading into last week of food month, will still have more than a week's meat in freezer (in fact, at the very least three weeks of meat!)That's Numberwang!0
