Has Co-op agreed that this is not a strike?
I dont know, I didnt get a chance to ring them back. Was more concerned about finding out why the refund hadnt gone through. But I will do tomorrow and make sure im still ok:beer:0 -
Well done haleygrey - we'll await tomorrow's follow-up.
I think we all know how hard it is, how sapping, to have to keep going putting right things which should never have gone awry in the first place.
Please give yourself a mighty pat on the back for this one, amidst all the rest.

Have checked my account and the refund from virgin has finally gone through. Have emailed them again to ask if they'd refund their charges back to my bank account as they came out of my bank in the direct debit, still waiting for a reply on that. But if not and it comes off my next bill, thats a few more pennies in my pocket. Still going to check prices with Mr Murdoch and BT tho, just in case i can save some more money.:beer:0

just rung them and it may well count as a strike, but have the number for their money management team and will ring them tomorrow to check for certain. If i can lay the blame squarely at Virgins door then it should be ok.
Damn, looks like Mr Murdoch is going to get me!:beer:0 -
