I have had dealings with Moorcroft too and they are quiet tenacious. Plan to stall them. They can bully a bit but keep in contact I told them I was only free to take calls on a friday and then I knew I would not have to deal with them the rest of the week! Once you have your Bankruptcy order you can take delight in telling them! They are legally not allowed to call you once they know you are BR.
Walk up and down while on the phone so you feel more in control, also if you get called by someone really nasty, tell them there is someone at the door and ask for a call back later, almost always you get someone else!
This can be the worst part dreading the phone ringing but it will be over once you have the BR order so keep saving! Good luck! Just noticed your CAP signature so God Bless sister!0 -

Not sure if you tried calling but had exOH on phone for ages :eek: :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:I couldn't get hold of him for over a week and he said that his phone was broken and he hadn't notcied - mmm........unusual that as he must have wanted to use it as it is his only form of contact!! I think he's been away on holiday but won't admit it as he says he has 'no money'
Never mind though perhaps we can natter soon.

nothing much to report, only another letter from LLoyds and a Barclays statement, after next wednesday will then spend a day really sorting them all out ready for the OR. might get a folder to put them all in and be very sad
