Matty - I think the trick is to take your time - you still have 2 weeks to complete the challenge, so there really isn't a rush....
For the Amazon challenge, I was so desperate to get to 50 reviews that I pretty much wrote 101 words for each review and that was it....

This time, I know that there is less of a hurry - and so now I do a couple of reviews a day - taking time to describe the place/service as accurately as I can.

For the purposes of a Qype review, I'm sure that they would rather you have too much to say than not enough....I include stuff about parking and whether places are accessible to pushchairs/wheelchairs too -although this isn't relevant for my trips, the idea is that you're reviewing for other people, isn't it...

I say don't try to do too many in one go, otherwise you fall out of love with the whole Qype thing, and it becomes more of a chore....!

    Good Luck!
Why does nobody say Thank You anymore??

You don't have to write first time reviews, mumztof2, but it does help, as you get £1 per first review and 50p per second and subsequent review, if that makes sense: So 50 first time reviews = £50, or 100 second reviews = £50.

I typed in my town name and was given a HUGE list of places within the town, I looked for those I know and wrote a review. Because I live in a small-mid size town, most of mine were first reviews. I even reviewed the local pharmacy and our Dorothy Perkins! You just have to think of EVERYWHERE you go!

    Good luck!

I got an email promising me my Ninja pack (which I assume means my Shuffle) on Friday.

    Still no sign.

Anyone else? i'm not sure it's worth doing the Virgin thing if they're not going to honour the Ninja stuff.

I got an email telling me the Ninja stuff was on its way, and it took a full week to arrive, so don't panic yet. I think they just have a backlog to clear.
  • Guys just wondering is anyone can help me?

The old ninja pack apparently ran out on 31st December last year - does anyone know id there'll be another one this year and if so what's in it?

    Cheers

Qype did say that there would be new goodies this year, but haven't said what yet.....but I don't think you'll be able to earn ninja goodies at the same time as voucher challenges again - I think it was a bit much for them to cope with!!

That was a selected part of the Virgin group - you don't see Zavvi airlines, now, do you?
