Qype £50 virgin voucher

I missed the last one and so have decided to do this one. Signed up and have completed 16 reviews this evening, and its pretty easy going. If I do 3 a day for the rest of the month, I'll do it. Not so hard when broken down like that. Anyone seen anything good to spend the £50 on? Think you have to order at least 12 bottles of wine per order, so that would be over £50. Still might be a good option. Cheers OP.

Received my confirmation email this morning that I have completed the challenge! Woohoo! That was really hard work! I might still add a few more for good measure, though.

The email says they will now check my reviews to make sure they are up to scratch, and the voucher will be sent in the post (not email) at the beginning of Feb. Just thought people might like to know.

Taking my time with this one ..The Amazon challenge I did and Qype Goodies over a couple of days and I felt like I been drained when I finished had vision of me waking up with nightmares typing friendly helpful staff ....customer service poor etc etc:D
Done about 15 reviews so far, so well on pace to complete by the 31st of Jan Though hard to find places with no reviews Earmarked a couple last night which I was going to do this morning...But someone had beaten me to them by the time I log on:rolleyes:
Find It very Hard to do a 100 words... 75 yes, but to get to the 100 I think I am waffling a bit and the review is not gaining anything.

I wonder if you can use the voucher on Virgin Airways...(don't worry, I can go and check).

What I have found frustrating is going to review something, and finding that someone beat me to the first review with this little gem:

this is a good chinese in the area. they do deliver. the price is good. have a look your self.

I have just received my halfway there email. Yay. This is quite easy. Earn £50 for writing a few reviews. Just look for the small things in your area, local shops, post offices, leisure centre, Harry Ramsdens, pubs.....everyone must know a few pubs nearby.

Hurray! Finally got the confirmation email to get my voucher! It was hard work, but I'm glad I did it.

do you have to do 50 reviews of places that havent been reviewed before?

No - you have to earn 50 credits. You'll get 1 credit for a place that has not been reviewed before and 1/2 a credit for places that have. So min 50 reviews max 100 reviews to qualify.

Be careful when looking for places though - sometimes they won't show up when you search because they've been added to a slightly different address - the town instead of suburb or vice versa for example.

Just finished my 25th review.....and I'm pleased to say that my reviews this time round are a much better quality than those written for the Amazon voucher!!
I'm much less stressed this time - and actually quite enjoying it! Safe in the knowledge that I don't need to complete all the reviews within 24 hours to stand a chance of getting the voucher!!
