Just a quick question tough - Is there a minimum word count or some sort of criteria that makes a review count as being one?
Cheers
With the Amazon challenge they said reviews had to be 100 words long (which is about 10 lines on their site). They want good quality reviews, but they're not looking for anything too difficult - just be honest! You can review shops, hotels, restaurants, clubs, pubs...all sorts of places.
Oh and they must be original (not copied from anywhere else) and each one must be different. I saw one member complaining that she hadn't got her Amazon voucher, so went and had a nosey at her reviews...she had written a review for a certain high-street clothes shop in one town, and then just copied and pasted the same review for that same shop in loads of other towns too. Don't know what she was expecting really!
I found it helpful to have a look at other people's reviews when I started, to see what sort of stuff they commented on. Good things to include are what the staff are like, how accessible the place is (car parking etc), what the food is like if it's a restaurant, prices, any inside information such as whether they have special promotional days when things are cheaper, etc etc
Good luck!

Cheers for the response glitter!
Some very good helpful hints there, still not sure if i can be bothered with this....i would have no use for the voucher like and would probably just give it to my mum or little sister.
Should be easy if I just review all the pubs i was in over christmas
Thanks again0 -
How do I add a review?
edit: hmm, worked it out but apparently I've put all my reviews in the wrong place and they haven't been taken into consideration! And they've been erased!Undergrad law student. Take my advice with a pinch of salt! :rotfl:0 -
Decided to give this a go, should be easy enough to write a 100 reviews.
Cheers again OP0 -

Did they erase them because you put them in the wrong place or did you do something else wrong. I'd be fairly sure that the info is not lost though. If you can't find it for yourself just swing them an email and im sure they'd help ya out0 -

I did the amazon one and got the £50 and then did enough reviews to supposedly get the goodies they offer, but i got an email from the saying my reviews weren't good enough so they weren't going to send anything to me. I asked what i had to do to make them acceptable but no response! So not very happy with them.0
