Tesco Clubcard Plus is back...double points on all spending in store.

Something is going on with TPF i think, my total goes down everytime I shop!! And I am using my clubcard plus - in the last 6 weeks i have emailed customer service who keep twlling me its TPF accidentially wiping them off, I ring them and they say they do nothing and refer me back to clubcard and so on and so on...............!

I wrote to tesco head office in the end about 2 weeks ago as I believed at that time I was missing about 1400 points....................more now............today i got a letter telling me to take it up with TPF as its them!!!

left hand right hand scenerio me thinks!!

Whats is the TPF bonus points ?, also can't remember what it shows before but I think the TPF bonus points has increased within the last 2 days.

TPF=Tesco personal finance.

It's the extra points you're receiving from using your clubcard plus as it's their finance arm it comes under.

2 questions :-

1. If I have £50 on the card and spend £60 in store, can I pay £50 from the card and £10 in cash / debit card ?, if so, what happens points-wise ?.


2. How do I use my clubcard plus to payfor items on tesco.com ?, I can only see and option for credit/debit cards @ checkout.

1. £50 of double points, £10 of single points
2. type it in just like any other payment card and it gets accepted.

No, if you dont have enough money on clubcard plus they will ask you for a different payment method...............you cant pay with two cards.

Beg to differ, but have paid with clubcard plus and visa in same transaction more than once.

Works well when you find there are more talcs on the shelf than expected!

Sorry to be a pain, but can I ask, if you use a till spit to gain 100 extra points on something you've bought, will you get double the till spit points too?

Hi Ive just come across this thread today - unfortunately I am having the same problems - my points keep disappearing!!!! All was fine when I had a "normal" clubcard, but now that I have a Tesco Clubcard Credit Card my points have been wiped altogether and the balance keeps going up and then down. I am at the end of my tether with it - I have today sent a huge letter to Customer Services. I think I am at least 1500 down now - some of the points have miraculously appeared again....

Very worrying when last time I checked I had 5000 and now I am showing as having 1005 online and 3850 on Tescos own screens - what on earth is going on? Confident that my balance is correct - eerrr NO!!!! :mad: :eek:
