Hope everyone has a good valentine day.

OH will be having steak, I will be having salmon with roast potatoes and sweet potatoes, and salad

Pudding will be something chocolatey but havent decided yet

No starter as wont be able to eat it all, but have a nice bottle of rose wine and some chocs

Usually spend more on food but am economising this year as we are in the middle of doing the house up
  • We will be eating at home...I've decided on tapas dishes, Spanish red wine and some champers.:j

We have loads of chocolates left over from Christmas.:)

;) Felines are my favourite ;)
  • nothing special....I thought it was Shrove Tuesday so I had planned pancakes. Perhaps I will make them heart shaped ;)

Are we the only ones who don't do anything special on Valentines Day? When we were younger before we had the kids we'd maybe go out for a meal or I'd cook something special but to be honest we don't really bother with Valentines Day now, it's just like another day to us.

DH and I have never done anything for Valentine's Day. Although having said that, we don't do anything for our anniversary (3 weeks before) either. And I actually have a dental appointment tomorrow, so I will be having whatever I feel up to eating - probably tinned soup!

I was just curious to see what others were planning. :)
