im going to get my fish bowls, crushed ice, butterflys and organza from them

Great minds think alike. I have been looking at them this afternoon. Their fishbowls seem to be good value. I have also found these on Ebay http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&item=150328212311
which may work out cheaper as they can do a deal if you buy them in bulk.

So are you going to buy them now or wait till nearer the time. I am worried that I will either lose them or break them if I buy them too soon.

I am going to buy them soon so I can get creative, I have to take them on a 3 hour car ride as well so going to get lots of bubble wrap you could keep them in that. I am thinking the fish bowl with the fake crushed ice and lillys with the green thin leaves on a mirror plate with tea lights something like this

You will have to upload some piccies.

I have been thinking about filling the bottom of the fishbowls with either blue glass beads or blue fishtank gravel (as we already have a couple of bags left over - so if it looks awful we can just use for the fishies), and then a couple of blue and cream roses and some of those long thin green leaves.

I might have to take a trip to Bournemouth, to the shop you posted the link from, and have a nose to see what they sell.

I finally got round to ordering the wedding invites on Thursday! Just waiting for them to arrive so we can send them out. Have to wait til I get paid next to order the evening ones...........

I am hopeless at decorations and I really dont care what the tables look like so long as the food is OK! The friend I asked to put up some decorations on the walls will probably do them though.

Yay! Just booked my florist and photographer *jumps around*

The paper for our invitations came on Friday - I can wait to start printing them! ... maybe I should finish designing them first though. :p

The idea there's less than 5 months to go is scary, I've started properly on Ww again this week and so I should start losing weight soon.

how is everyone else getting on?

    Good Evening Ladies,

Welcome Mrs.Metallica - cool name ;) Let us know when you set the date and I'll add you to the list :)

I can't believe it's nearly 5 months to go for me and I'm getting lazy again!!! I need to get back in the swing of things!

Just for the record, I wasn't on holiday, I was there for work!!!!! I swear I've never been so hot - 45 degrees and I was dressed in a bloody trouser suit!! I was really paranoid about catching malaria etc that I daren't wear anything revealing in case I got mossie bites....it didn't help that I didn't start taking my malaria tablets until the day I left

Anywhoo, back to normality now - I need to a list lol

Sorry hon, I'll change the date now!

I keep thinking I should carry on with the planning but I just feel so tired at the mo. I think I will relax this week and then hit the ground running on the weekend lol

Did you manage to switch everything over to the new date?
