All you August 15-ers, pah, you've got ages yet - try being an August 8 bride lol!
Need to get my bottom into gear really as we've got lots to do still, but we're getting there. Should dig out the to-do list and get OH on the case of some more tasks...:S0 -

Welcome to the thread bonar
I've added you to the list on behalf of your daughter! It seems like you've done a lot. We're doing our own invitations too. That's my mum's job - she's so more creative than me!

Ooh, exciting new about the baby :j One of my BMs had a baby in December and we were originally putting off measuring her up as she wanted to lose her baby weight. I last saw her a couple of weeks ago and she's already back in her size 8 jeans  Can't remember last time I fitted into a pair of those lol. But, everyone (except my sister who's already got her dress) is being measured end of March and no later!
I haven't really done anything this wek. I'm trying to work on the info sheet for the guests that shows the locations of the church, venue & hotels. I'm trying to do it quite swishy but I'm not having much luck. But I have managed to Google map all 4 maps and sent them to my sister to do - she's much better than meBut she's away now til next week and then I'm away
In the process of sorting flowers out - I think we're going for cream roses - what flowers have you decided on?0 -
I've decided that I like calla lillies and would like those for the wedding flowers! Not sure how much they will set me back though!
Finally decided to start growing up when it comes to money!:j

I asked my florist about Cala Lillies and was quoted about £130 just for my bouquet - IF she could get them. She's a friend of a friend charging a lot less than a florist tho (she's worked in one for nearly 20 years tho). I scrapped that idea and went back to the original plan of head to head passion roses. Mine, 4 BM's and 8 buttonholes for £234
SK xAfter 4 years of heartache, 3 rounds of IVF and 1 loss :A - we are finally expecting our miracle Ki11en - May 2014 :j
And a VERY surprise miracle in March 2017!0
