Can a Mod please close this thread as the school children are playing naughty and calling each other names.
:mad:Come on people, there's no need for the abuse. Whatever you feel is going to happen is you opinion and you need to respect other people opinions.
My opinion is a long term recession/crash/price correction. Every week that goes by, I end up increasing the HPC % because I, like the rest of you, can only guess estimate using the facts to hand.30th June 2021 completely debt free…. Downsized, reduced working hours and living the dream.0 -

"Well, at least Jack has confirmed one thing for me -
We are about to enter the Anger phase boys and girls - looks as if even the homeowners realise their lazy gotten gains of the last few years are about to disappear in front of their eyes!!!
Well at least they have got over the denial phase!"
How many other guess's did you have.

-DIt is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.0 -

mmm new user first post.
Like it is stated the vast majority (arround 90% of the working population) will get out without loosing their job, house etc.
Why look at it like the end of the earth when it is not?0 -
