:mad:Come on people, there's no need for the abuse. Whatever you feel is going to happen is you opinion and you need to respect other people opinions.

My opinion is a long term recession/crash/price correction. Every week that goes by, I end up increasing the HPC % because I, like the rest of you, can only guess estimate using the facts to hand.

geoff i take my hat off to you ,you tell it like it is .what we lost about 14000 jobs this week alone only 2 weeks into the new year ,this dowturn is like a tsunami the wave has gone out and over the next couple of years it,s going to come crashing back in ,in slow motion .if certain posters cannot see this then they are about as dilused as our masters

Like it is stated the vast majority (arround 90% of the working population) will get out without loosing their job, house etc.
