:T well done, you have just made yourself even more irritating!

My mortgage is fine thanks, both my wife and I work and are as secure as possible in these conditions, yes we are feeling the pinch but not to the extent that we need to start worrying about repossession!!

And I am not an estate agent even though I do have a vested interest in the property market, anything else you need to put caps lock on for feel free brother but the cold hard fact is that you still dont know the future so stop acting the clever !!!!er and at least say in your posts - "in my opinion" or "i think" or "im a negative mofo and the end is probably nigh" or something..........................

give it a rest Geoff - just because someone disagrees with you it doesn't mean they are an estate agent or a scared person; they just probably live in the real world

And it was going so nicely......
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.

I have got a guy from HPC telling us about his 2007 crash prediction but then failing to state he thought the crash had already started in 2005.:o

latest rics report that London estate agents are getting by on 7 sales a month so yes i would say its more or less ground to a halt.

So why am i !!!!ed then geoff?

Or did you see it in the stars? Because you say so is a good enough reason for anyone left working in the property/construction/sales/lettings industry to become suicidal, angry with rage is it?

ha ha I seriously hope you are a better person than you come across as otherwise a sad soul you must be.

he has just pointed out he has a vested interest for the housing market.. and it usually:rolleyes: shows in most of their posts..
It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.
