  • I used to work for Thomas Cook at the head office for a long time and never had any problems receiving email messages from anyone outside the company. However, this may have changed.
    Try: [EMAIL="manny.fontenla_novoa@thomascook.com"]manny.fontenla_novoa@thomascook.com[/EMAIL] I would bet on you not receiving a reply though!

    Alternatively, try: Pete Constanti or Ian Derbyshire - both very high up bods.

  • Has anyone ever got a response from a listed above email at all?
  • I was due to fly out on saturday morning to Lesvos, Greece and Thomas cook cancelled my holiday yesterday morning! I am battlling to get a full refund as whilst the staff in the very branch are very nice the procedure is rubbish and I will not accept that I should be out of pocket when I paid in good faith and they have withdrawn the holiday.

    I am gutted at not being able to go away but my tears of upset yesterday have now dried and I am turning my emotions into determination at getting ALL of my money back.
    Went to the paper shop - it had blown away.
  • Update, Thomas Cook refuse to deal with my complaint via phone and I have to write a letter detailing my complaint and then go back to the branch and see all the happy smiley people booking their holiday whilst mine has been cancelled, and then the branch will forward my letter along with an accompanying letter of their own.

    Very disappointed and feel demoralised about not being able to go on holiday and for being treated as inconsequential. :(

    Not read replies but I had success with this email address when I had a complaint last Summer.
