Well done JD! You've done SO well in a short space of time. Shows you what you can do if you're focussed doesn't it? I was determined to put £100 in the ISA this month even if it meant going short on the food budget, I've done it and we've got 2 weeks on £150 for 5 of us for food, petrol and toiletries. Only need nappies and wipes which will come to £10 max so I don't think that's too bad at all! I've got plenty of petrol in the car so that's sorted too.

No, I've never done the "pay yourself" principle. It seems like an excellent idea. I'm new to all this saving and budgeting properly lark and I'm really enjoying it! That will defo be another DD I will set upMortgage-free wannabe!0 -
