Athough TBH, she's not very badge minded!!

she's been there nearly a year and has only got hostess and seasons badge.... i have a chum who used to be a swimming instructor/lifeguard who is going to go thru her swimmer one soon....

must try harder, bad mum i am not helping her to badge greatness!! or maybe non pushy mum is a good thing! lol!

Erin started netball after school yesterday... she was a bit gutted as never actually played any ball... it was all theory, which makes sense of course to you or i....! but not to 7 nearly 8 year old!

What kind of numpty would run a sport club for kids and make it all talk and no action (must be a guy:confused: )? Surely common sense would have suggested even just 15 minutes of chucking a ball around would make sense:confused: I would have been fed up with all theory and no practice even as a sensible (??? :rotfl:) adult

    aarrgghh

Just when I thought my day couldn't get any worse I've had Health and Safety come to do the pregnancy work space assessment and I've been told off for having a cluttered desk, sitting too high, screen too low, under-desk too much stored. I can't use the step-stool to retrieve files from above my head and have to ask a colleague to pull them for me and I've got to rearrange my desk! aarrgghh!!!

Cat it's only cause they care... at least your place does DSE assesments, i was trained in assessing in my last place (nhs) and i swear i'd get laughed out the office if i suggested it here!!

i sat on a dodgy secretary chair for about 8 months before i plucked up the courage to order myself a comfortable exec chair which is what everyone else had! what a great day that was!!!!!

That's what I say every day which is probably why it is such a tip:o

Oh dear - I thought you had an unexpected free day? Surely you can squeeze in 30mins to yourself?

I have been so yuk with this cold thing that everything has gone to pot since Christmas. I am not houseproud by any means but it gets to a stage when even I think it's a mess! It's a lovely sunny day for cleaning although I would rather be gardening.

Just been naughty and opened a beer to help me along. No food in the house!
