Woo hoo!

BOB...Yep - I agree....she deserves more!!! :rotfl: :rotfl:
To the CD'ers....please be careful when exercising.......ketosis can go a bit out of kilter.......
As an alternative.......Wol has been on gluten/wheat free diet for last 12 months (for medical reasons)......However, have found it works bloomin wonders because I have had to cut out all bread/cakes/breadcrumby and batteredy covered thingies..including anything (sausages/sonces/soups/ready meals) with wheat flour..........lost 2 stone (also owing to stress) but now eat two big meals a day, even stopped gym stuff for last 6 months and still now only up to target weight (half a stone more so now 8st 7lbs - really can't believe it in view of the amount of alocohol I drink and all the food I ate over Christmas (Mind you I have discovered spelt bread and that is starting to pile on the pounds again so back to gym for me
)
Pototoes and rice as your only source of carbs is worth looking into if CD becomes uncomfortable...took me about 3 months to adjust but thereafter it has been aboslutely fine........
Hugs to all
