We went to the South one when I was 15 and spent the week getting drunk with the lads from next door - was a blast :o

I do Sally, I felt less wobbly on my run tonight....I have to say 11 stone is my 'normal' weight and i think that the extra 4lbs was just christmas turkey weight...so I would say 4lbs of that is christmas weight so that makes a 5lb loss really. I would have been chuffed with 5lbs though.

Next week will be the big decider for me - can I keep it up and I hope to lose about 3-4lbs next week. My counsellor has said if I do that for the next two weeks I will be down to the last stone to lose and should go on to an eating plan where you eat some meal replacements but add meals but healthy eating meals...

Sammy, that's a great amount of weight loss! I lost 3lb but 2's gone back on, I think it's because I'm due on though.

We went to Butlins a few times when I was a kid and enjoyed it, they had great swimming pools. Don't know what it's like now though.

I've just been round to my sister's for tea and her new house mate is best friends with some people I know, which is a bit random.

Luc, I'm really sorry to hear your news.

Somehow I'm wishing I knew how to work Facebook!
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.

That first week is always the good weight loss week isn't it!! I purposely didn't weigh myself as I know what I want to be so in a month I will weigh myself and see how im doing.

I think if you manage to stick to it you are an :A I like food too much. I said to my mum last night I am never doing another diet again. I go from Diet to eating like a pig, diet to eating like a pig and I don't think I have ever had a time in my life when I have eaten normally...well apart from this last week. I just want to eat everything in moderation and learn to stop when Ive had enough.

Sorry got all caught up in me.
I think you will easily loose 3-4 lbs if you can stick to it, I guess just introducing healthy meals like chicken with veg is still going to give you a low calorie intake for the day.
