What treatment are you getting at the moment? Would PALS be able to help you access therapy?

Oh, and do you use the 0300 number for Surrey? If so, what have they been like?

Soo posted the number to the Samaritans. If you need to talk, perhaps they can at least listen to how you're feeling?

How long do the home care team come out for each day? Have you got any other follow up care going on?

Have you managed to talk to your friend?

The pain in my back has eased and the hip pain isn't as bad as this morning, definitely an improvement on yesterday

I do feel a bit nauseous, but that's just one of the side effects of the drugs.

I'm not too bad thanks. I haven't talked to her yet, she lives an hour away and I don't want to do it over the phone I would rather do it face to face.

Glad you are feeling a bit better, sometimes the side effects of the drugs make you wonder if it's worht taking them:rolleyes:

TBH everyone has been good. I have a social worker and I'm doing CBT with a psychologist and I'm soon to start a psychotherapy group. They were also going to refer me to a few groups e.g. art, relaxation, anxiety management but I haven't heard anymore about that as yet.

I've got an 0300 number but as I'm under their care atm I can use an 01483 number. I'm too scared to call. It's silly I know but I have trouble using the phone.
