I'm sorry if this sounds stupid but it's something that has been getting to me for a few days. Everytime someone new joins this thread I panic. After what happened before with the troll I constantly worry it's someone wanting to have a go. I have started having panic attacks again (Not had one for ages)
    I know it's stupid I just can't help myself.

p.s. whats an advocate in mh terms?

Like said, you can get an advocate to help you with a complaint, or you can get one to help you fight for the help you need. Sometimes it can be a battled to get access to treatment and services, and an advocate can help.

You say you've been everywhere you want to - where was your favourite place? There are a few places I'd like to visit again, see if I can recreate how I felt when I was there.
