Glad to hear from you again crazy_girl, and very glad to hear you are reconsidering things.

I too am glad you are reconsidering things Crazy Girl. Well Im listening Carols from Kings and have just done my kids stockings as im so tired. My youngest Ds (13) is so excited...its breaking my heart. They are what keep me plodding on this road. I just hope that the future is bright for them (and me!). Im rather lost at the moment - Please hear my pleas.

    Have a peaceful christmas

I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.
  • molly im so sorry you feel that way x lets both try and enjoy tomorrow with our families :)
  • Crazy-girl - I'm delighted to hear you sounding a little more positive even if you don't feel a lot better. It's a long road to wellness and you are on the righjt road and putting one foot in front of another. Way to go!

Molly, big hugs to you. I hope you are leaning on and taking support from whoever is around you.

    Hugs to all.
I must go, I have lives to ruin and hearts to break :D

I have never come across this thread before, I put Christmas in the search and your post was on the screen. I read it and couldn't not post a reply. I don't know your background or what you may suffer from. But I heard your pleas. I am sure there is a light at the end of the tunnel, and that you will find the strength, don't let people or life get you down. Chin up and have a very merry christmas molly41. Take care xxxx

Crazy, perhaps not helpful, but whenever I get black thoughts I remind myself of the promise I made myself when I attempted suicide. I decided that there were a few things I really should try before I do anything silly. There are quite personal, so I won't share them, but are there any other options? Travel, college, new hobby. Any long lost dreams? There are a few things I know I want to try and do. I hope that makes sense. The way I see it, if I'm going to die, I might as well take a gamble and do some of the scary things I've dreamt about and wanted to do.

I don't know your story, but have you considered getting an advocate and seeking proper help?

I think its someone who basically speaks on your behalf. Say if you make a complaint they go and do it on your behalf or something to that effect? Think PALS are one you can go through ( http://www.pals.nhs.uk/ ) and some of the MH charities shave their own advocacy services.
