I'm sorry I haven't got a clue, but going from others experiences reported on this site then I would be concerned if I didn't get a dispatch email. As I said earlier my DD also ordered and the site appeared to go through to payment, but no record of the order in her order history - is your order showing there? I think you could have more confidence if your order is showing there and giving you updates on it's progress.

I ordered a couple of items yesterday morning at around 10am and have just received emails saying that my Paypal payment has been processed and my order dispatched, so it looks like some sale orders have gone through. (Perhaps using Paypal made a difference?).

Yep the order is showing still, and says being processed. So keeping everything crossed

stores i think are going to be selling majority of the stock

swanley which is a small one has been selling lines today they never sold before xmas

fineally got my blanket iggle piggle for ds from swanley, also picked up a very nice jo pestal and morter and they have many many giftsets

things are selling in there like hot cakes, was chatting to a lady who had come from maidstone as swanley has lots of different stock

i went into Edinburgh Fort Kinnaird and had barely anything at all. some dalek hot water bottle covers, wrapping paper and gingerbread man kits. didnt spend a penny. think ill try another one tomorrow though!

I managed to get an order through 30 mins after the sale started and it has been dispatched this afternoon. 1 gift set was out of stock but all the toys are on their way apparently.
