I'm not a happy bunny, website back up but no sale price showing at all, my £30 basket has shot up to £120, no discount at bottom where it was earlier. I have been off and on this site all day and haven't managed to order a thing...

Just spoken to customer care person, poor woman obviously had a bad day. My order (which has got as far as putting credit card details on and clicking order) had not gone through. She says that they've been told that the system is still down, although I can still see my basket, but the items are showing as full price.

I asked her when it will be working again, and she said that they have been told within the hour, but that's what they've been told all day so she couldn't be sure.

She said that they are checking that the prices are all correct, that's why its down. Not sure about that but guess they have to say something.

Says online that the Craiglieth store in Edinburgh is open till 8pm, is that right. I have had enough of sitting waiting on their website and can get out the house without kids in tow now....do you think there will be anything left at this time ?
