I'm having problems too. Tried at 6.30 this morning, filled my basket then it kept coming up error.
Have now got to the final stage and the damn thing crashed again!!!!!:mad:

Getting seriously annoyed now.

Local Stourbridge store did not have much to start with, got 1 item I wanted.

SA said the Merry Hill store had been mad and they had to get security to sort out the crowds arguing over items:rotfl: :eek:

Theres nothing I really need and Id rather get more ethical gifts I reckon next Christmas I wont use Boots own stuff and only thing Id of loved was Ted Baker stuff as Its not tested but Im not trying that website again too stressful!!

Great timing. I have been out all afternoon and was convinced the 3 items in my basket that I wanted would be out of stock by the time I got back. But they were still available and I just checked out without a problem, yay!

whew, site came back up and my basket was still there. Make sure you sign in before adding stuff to you basket incase the site crashes again.

Maybe worth ringing boots up as the site went down as I was doing checkout on my order and it came up with an error, but I rang them up and they said that the order had gone through fine and the kind gentleman gave me a ref number and my order number. I got quite a few things in boots scarborough this morn but it was mad. Good luck

I gave up with the web site this morning and went to Birmingham the main store didnt have a lot really and certainly hardly any toys picked up a few gift sets and then went to the smaller boots in the bull ring they seemed to have loads more stock left and choice so I bought a few more bits
