Using the remote control - power off, info, menu, mute, power on. You need to do it very quickly one after the other. To get back out of engineers menu, press power off.
Don't mess about with anything in there unless you know what you are doing. If you only want to check how many hours you've clocked up and/or your firmware version, they are displayed on the entry page on the menu. After you've LOOKED at it, I would suggest you power off and come straight back out to avoid any accidents. I'm told that all your settings will have reverted to manufacturers defaults after you access this menu, so be aware you may have to set up your TV again.0 -

Can you guys confirm the model number of the 32" TV?
Is it the new R7 range?0 -
Can anyone who has purchased either the 26 or 32 inch IDTV model confirm whether the Common Interface card slot on the left hand side of the unit has a blank plastic card in it or some other kind of cover?
Mine would appear to be lying wide open and susceptible to the ingress of dust. I've got one of these slots on my laptop and it has a blank plastic card in it to keep the dirt and dust out.0 -

Totoriko,
I believe R7 isn't out until 17/04/06. 32" supplied is LE32R41B.
Unfortunately as Freemans will only give me 20% first order discount on the £500 credit limit they've issued, mine might be going back - though as I've been battling for 3 months, I may just give in and get on with life instead.0 -
My 26" arrived today! Ordered at the beginning of March.0

By the way if anyone paid in full using their credit card and didnt get the discount then you need to call their 'internet sales / payment by cc' dept on 0114 263 7077 and not the usual freemans no. This office is only open 9-5.
I got my TV through on Monday and the invoice was at full price. I tried emailing about this but I was getting the runaround. I called them on the number above and they promptly told me that they would refund 20% to my card. No hassles. Spot on service from the internet team.0 -
I still haven't got my 26"
Ordered on the 19th March...I rang yesterday and was told I'd rung the wrong number, rang the number I was given and then that was out of order, so rang back the original number and the operator told me they would be out of stock till the 18th April.
I want it NOW!

Received a letter advising they were out of stock of 26" - delivery would be in 14 days. Bill on invoice showed £480 - plus another £24 tracked on quidco. Fingers crossed it'll soon turn up!"You can't trust anyone these days"0
